- Any individuals or entities representing the Fund or interacting with beneficiaries

Keeping Beneficiaries Safe
To protect the well-being of our orphan beneficiaries, we have implemented clear standards, including:
- Zero tolerance for any financial, physical, or emotional abuse
- No personal contact between staff/volunteers and beneficiaries outside of official work without approval
- No photos or personal information to be used or shared without written consent
- No personal promises to beneficiaries
We also ensure that children receive psychological, educational, and health support through partnerships with specialized service providers.
Safe Recruitment & Training
We conduct background checks for all staff and volunteers and require a signed confidentiality agreement. All new recruits receive training on:
- Beneficiaries’ protection and safeguarding principles
- Professional ethics and responsible behavior
- How to report concerns or violations
Protecting Data
We treat all personal and beneficiary information with the utmost confidentiality. Data is securely stored on password-protected systems, and staff are trained in data protection and cybersecurity best practices.
