We recognize that fraud risks can arise in any organization. That’s why we work to build a culture of prevention, early detection, and safe reporting of any suspicious activities.
What is fraud?
Fraud is any deliberate, unlawful, or unethical act intended to gain personal benefit or cause harm to the Fund. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Forgery or manipulation of financial or operational documents
- Embezzlement or misuse of funds and assets
- Providing misleading information to gain benefits
- Abuse of authority for personal gain
- Collusion with external parties to harm the Fund
- Cyber fraud such as phishing or hacking
Who can report fraud?
We encourage reports from:
- Employees and volunteers of the Fund
- Donors
- Beneficiaries
- Suppliers and partners
- Any individual or entity directly or indirectly involved in our operations
How can you report fraud?
We provide secure and confidential channels for reporting suspected fraud:

What happens after a report is submitted?
- The Internal Audit and Compliance Department will review the report and gather evidence within 3 working days
- Relevant parties will be notified, and appropriate action will be taken
- Confirmed fraud cases may result in disciplinary or legal measures, including termination or referral to authorities
Corrective actions will include recovery of lost funds and enhancement of security controls to prevent recurrence.
