Al Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans Wins First Place in Sharjah Government Communication Award for Best Communication and Media Content

Al Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans has secured first place in the 11th edition of Al Sharjah Government Communication Award in the category of “Best Communication and Media Content” among private sectors. The award was presented by His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of the Emirate of Sharjah, Deputy Chairman of The Executive Council, Chairman of Al Sharjah Media Council. Organized by Al Sharjah Government Media Bureau, the award aims to enhance communication performance in the region and honor the best innovative communication and media practices, recognizing the efforts of local and regional institutions that contribute to effective public engagement.

The participation of Al Aman Fund in this award underscores the dedication of its team in delivering innovative and impactful media campaigns that highlight its pivotal role in supporting the education of orphans over the age of 18 in Jordan, striving to achieve its vision of securing a successful and sustainable future for them. Al Aman won with its Ramadan 2024 campaign “What goes around comes around” which represented a comprehensive model of effective communication, utilizing various modern media techniques in its content. The campaign had a clear positive impact on societal awareness in supporting orphaned youth, showcasing innovation and creativity in content use, and employing artificial intelligence and modern technology in producing some of its communication tools. The campaign was based on the values of goodness and giving, embodied through the message “ Whoever seeks good finds favor,” inspiring the community and increasing support for the aspirations of orphaned youth.

Al Aman Fund competed with over 3,815 submissions this year, with 1,129 accepted applications, and reached the final list of 64 nominated companies from various categories and 12 different countries, making it to the top three in its category. Al Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans is one of three Jordanian institutions that reached the final stages, an achievement that enhances Jordan’s position in the field of government communication at the regional and international levels.

Al Aman Fund team was also invited to attend the 13th International Government Communication Forum, held on September 4-5 at Expo Sharjah under the theme “Resilient Governments… Innovative Communication,” inaugurated by His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi. The forum, organized annually by the Sharjah Government Media Bureau, featured various workshops from experts and leaders in communication, media, and artificial intelligence, discussing the role of government communication in empowering youth and sharing innovative visions aimed at enhancing communication and transparency.
